If you need technical support during your presentation, there will be on-site technical staff available to assist you.

Presentations and panels are designed to be interactive, incorporating elements such as Q&A segments, roundtable discussions, and live polls. This format encourages engagement and provides opportunities for interaction with the audience.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your session to ensure you have ample time to set up and address any technical needs. This will also give you an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the venue.

Although there won't be an in-person rehearsal, we will have Zoom briefing calls with panelists on Monday and Tuesday of the event week (June 14). Additionally, we will conduct a sound check at the beginning of each panel to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes, you can distribute materials or handouts to attendees. Please coordinate with the event staff to ensure proper distribution. We also recommend having digital versions available for those who prefer electronic copies.

Presentations may be recorded and shared with attendees after the event. Recordings may also be used for promotional purposes on the conference website and social media channels. If you have concerns or prefer not to have your presentation recorded, please let us know in advance.

There will be several networking opportunities throughout the event, including breakfast, lunch, and a happy hour. There may also be a speaker/sponsor dinner the night before; we will inform you if this is confirmed.

We will provide contact information for attendees who have opted to share their details. You can also continue the conversation through the event's online community platform, where you can connect and engage with participants.

Yes, the "Board Room" adjacent to the conference rooms will serve as a green room for speakers and panelists, where you can prepare and relax before your session. This area will have refreshments and be a quiet place for final preparations.
