Since 2016, Shaherah has held roles as the head of clinical affairs at Medtronic, Smith + Nephew, and Stryker. She has developed and led strategies and teams to introduce new medical devices to global markets through strategic clinical research and regulatory strategies. Her markets of expertise include the U.S., Europe, Australia, and China.

In 2023, Shaherah founded Research Lifecycle Solutions, a MedTech & Biotech consulting firm that provides strategic clinical and regulatory solutions to help companies accelerate their market goals. Leveraging her track record at blue-chip organizations, she aims to utilize her broad expertise and capabilities to assist startups, emerging, and mid-size device and drug companies in achieving market access, market growth, and sustainability.
