Jeremy L. Dr. Norris has been a faculty member at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine since 2003, where he is currently an Adjoint Associate Professor of Chemistry. From 2011-2021, he was the Managing Director of the National Resource for Imaging Mass Spectrometry and the DARPA-funded Rapid Threat Assessment Program at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Norris has been actively involved as a founder, director, and executive in numerous companies. From 2014-2022, Dr. Norris has served as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Diagnostics, LLC, a leading provider of molecular assays for anatomic pathology. From 2005-2011, Dr. Norris was Vice President of Research and Development at Protein Discovery, Inc. Dr. Norris earned his B.S in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee in 1998 and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University in 2003. Dr. Norris is the author of more than 50 scientific publications and the inventor of 8 issued patents.
