Anupam Kumar is a Ph.D. Candidate in the department of Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University. His technical skills are the intersection of electronics development, software development, and industrial design. Anupam Kumar is a Ph.D. Candidate in the department of Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University. He is passionate about designing easy-to-use and affordable technologies for low-resource settings and aims to pursue future work at the intersections of research and commercialization.

His past research experiences have spanned point-of-care biosensors, focused ultrasound therapy, microbiology, implantable neural stimulation, and medical image analysis. His current research interests involve designing device and computer-vision based solutions for low-cost neuroimaging in naturalistic environments.
